Business model
Consulting is our primary business. Products and education are deliberate adjacent bets that grow out of consulting work — not distractions from it.
We engage through CTO advisory, fixed-scope discovery, project and managed delivery, ongoing retainers, and hands-on engineering training. The right shape depends on how much certainty you have and how much of the work your team wants to own.
Where a pattern recurs across engagements, we invest in accelerators and, over time, products. Those are shared only once they are real.
