NEEPS Technologies is a software consulting company. This site exists to explain what we do and to let you get in touch — so the amount of personal information involved is small, and we keep it that way deliberately.
What this policy covers
This policy explains how NEEPS Technologies handles information you send us through this website. It is written to be short and accurate rather than exhaustive. If something here is unclear, ask us and we will answer plainly.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us. The contact form asks for your name, email address, company or organisation (optional), the topic of your enquiry, and your message. If you email us directly, we hold whatever your message contains.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and we ask that you do not include confidential client data or credentials in an initial enquiry.
How we use it
We use the information to reply to your enquiry, to prepare for a discovery conversation, and to keep a record of our correspondence. If an enquiry becomes an engagement, the details are used to scope and deliver that work.
We do not use your details for automated decision-making or profiling.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not add you to a marketing list because you contacted us, and we do not share your details with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
Messages sent from this site are delivered through your own email client to our email address, and our email is hosted by a third-party email provider. Website hosting and analytics providers may process technical information such as IP address and request logs as part of serving the site.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is useful for the business relationship, and delete it on request unless we are required to retain it for legal or accounting reasons.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to pranav.chandran@gmail.com and we will respond as promptly as we reasonably can.
Security
We take reasonable, proportionate measures to protect the information we hold, including access control on our email and systems. We do not claim certification under any specific compliance framework on this website; where a client engagement requires particular controls, we agree those in the contract for that engagement.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update this page. Material changes will be reflected in the text rather than announced separately.
