Case studies

Published from approved evidence, not marketing copy

We publish a case study only when the engagement is complete, the results come from delivery evidence we can point to, and the client has approved what we say about them. That means this page will fill up more slowly than most consulting sites — and that everything on it will be accurate.

The structure every study follows

So you know what to expect when the first studies are published, here is the template.

  1. 01

    Client context

The organisation, its sector, the scale of the systems involved, and the constraints that shaped the engagement.

  2. 02

    Problem

The specific problem as the client described it, including what had already been tried.

  3. 03

    Approach

What we did and in what order — discovery findings, the agreed scope, and the decisions and trade-offs made along the way.

  4. 04

    Outcome

What changed, measured against what was agreed at the start. Only figures the client has reviewed and approved.

  5. 05

    Lessons

What we would do differently, and what generalises to similar situations.

Case studies will be published as client engagements complete and approvals are obtained. In the meantime we can walk you through relevant work directly in a discovery call, within the limits of our confidentiality commitments.
